STEP ONE: PLANNING, MEASURING & FITTING

Pop in to the shop to discuss your event requirements, choice of tartan and other accessories.

Bring all your ideas, photos and colour palettes.

For groups of 3 or more, we do prefer an appointment.

We will measure you for the perfect fit and we have ample facilities to try it all on and experiment with different colours and fashion ideas.

Every single item is catalogued with a unique reference number so we know exactly what you tried on. So when the day comes, your hire will include exactly that same garment or item from the fitting.

If you are out of town, contact us to discuss your wedding idea and we can send you a measuring sheet with instructions to measure yourself.

NOTE: We do not guarantee any hires based on self measurement or where our staff did not measure and fit you in-store.

STEP TWO: BOOKING & DEPOSITS

We build a comprehensive file on your event party, with each person itemised individually.

As stated in Step 1, all our hire items are catalogued with a unique reference number and booked out to that individual. So come event day, each person will wear exactly that item that they tried on.

Book the date…

We do Not require any deposits at the time of Booking. Your booking is secured once we have open your event file and confirmed the date.

We do not retain any deposits or charge any penalties for cancellations or postponements. If your event must be postponed, we simply move your booking to the new date….. You do not lose any deposits.

We will happily work with you to plan a new date

You will be required to pay in Full on the day you collect.

STEP THREE: COLLECTION & RETURN

Collect anytime the week before your event.

Taking note of our shop hours, you can collect your hire anytime the week before your event. We prefer that you get home and try it all on one more time before the big day, just in case we need to make any last minute emergency adjustments.

DO NOT WASH

No need to wash anything. Cleaning is included in the hire fees. Simply pack it back into the bag and return it.

Return anytime the week after your event…

Once again, taking note of our shop hours… pop in and return the hire anytime the week after your event.

For an additional fee, collection and return can be arranged by delivery in Johannesburg.

Where hires are from outside of Johannesburg, we are prepared to send the hires off a little earlier by courier to allow for delivery times and also to allow more time to try it all before the event. All courier costs are at the customers expense and added to the hire fee.

Please read our full hire agreement on the reverse side of your hire sheet in store or at the link below….. but its pretty standard stuff.

You will be charged for missing items, damages and repairs/replacements.

Everything will be explained to you in store.
