Here’s how it works.

Visit us at the shop to choose your tartan from our sample ranges, discuss your requirements and a few other options. We are happy to explain it all in detail and deal with all your questions including cost.
2.
We will measure you up and note a few key features of your Physique and Style.
3.
Once we have your measurements and we have settled on your tartan of choice with a few other options, we will order the cloth in from the mill in Scotland.

We will take a deposit from you before cutting the cloth

You should expect to wait about 10 days for the tartan to arrive from Scotland

4.
Once the tartan arrives, we will set about producing your hand crafted kilt. We do like to send a few photos along the way just to keep you updated on the progress of your kilt.

Making the kilt can take up to 14 days

When ready, we will call you back to the shop for final fitting and tailoring. Some final adjustments might be necessary for the absolute perfect fit and comfort.
6.
Once you are happy, and only once you are happy with your kilt, we will take final payment and talk you through some of aspects of being a kilt owner. (such as care, maintenance, cleaning, storing and traveling with your kilt)

If not, we offer a 100% guarantee on customer satisfaction, quality craftmanship.

NOTE: It is possible to send us your own measurements from out of town, we have the experience and the skill to work with remote customers who send in their own measurements. HOWEVER, we do not guarantee the size and fitting of kilts based on own measurements.. We can only guarantee the quality and craftmanship.
